Periodical Programmes:
Periodical performances by highly acknowledged artistes, or lectures by experts, or Listening/Music Appreciation Classes are arranged by the Students Circle, at the Sangit Mahabharati Library Hall for the benefit of students, who are not required to buy tickets for the same. Attending one such session is equivalent to getting several classroom lessons. Hence, the student’s attendance for such programmes is compulsory and such information is part of the examinations.
Some such programmes may also feature students’ recitals depending on the student’s level of skill and the Principal’s discretion.
Students desirous of participating in music competitions or programmes outside must take the joint permission of the teacher and the Principal.
